This classic worker’s cottage in Hunters Hill underwent what can only be described as a complete revival.
Blindmaster worked with TKD Architects on the specification of the Maxim MC74 cedar continuous louvre system for the north western top floor window box. The new building is situated behind the pre-existing sandstone worker’s cottage and the louvre integrates perfectly within the new facade.
Windrim Building contracted Blindmaster to carry out the supply and installation of the Maxim louvre system. The cedar blades were supplied to site in raw form so that they could be treated with the same old school blue wash paint as used on the vertical walls.
The result speaks of a yet another successful design, specification, build and installation process that we enjoy with our specifier trade clients.
