charities we support

Like you, Blindmaster believes in supporting a good cause. We all want to give to and support a cause that resonates with us personally. Blindmaster owners, Simon Lightfoot and Troy Breglec, both actively participate in fundraising each year and look to Blindmaster and its suppliers for financial and in kind support. Blindmaster supports the following charities;

offroadies

offroadies was inspired by the Tour de Cure foundation. Founded in 2011, the offroadie’s goal is to make a financial contribution to finding a cure for cancer at the same time as sharing a message of cancer prevention through lifestyle choices. As Tour de Cure activities are all based around road cycling, offroadies set out to extend the Tour de Cure’s philosophy within the mountain bike community. offroadies’ activities are focussed on challenging, self supported, long distance, adventure rides off tarmac.

Blindmaster owner Troy Breglec participated in all three offroadies mountain bike tours in 2011, 2012 & 2013.

2011 – offroadies inaugural tour “Narooma to Thredbo Tour” – $11,590 raised

2012 – offroadies “Missing Link Tour” – $23,035 raised

2013 – offroadies “Snowies to Stromlo Tour” – $36,910 raised
