Mark & Nicole Tooth, principals of the Belle Property real estate agency in Glebe, saw great potential in this 100 year old corner building at 184 St Johns Street and decided to relocate their office.

They enlisted the services of Damian O’Mahony of DOM Design to create a new office that was outwardly sympathetic to the surrounding streetscape and maintained the old world charm of the corner shop yet cutting edge in terms of interior fit out and technology.

The builder Rupert Schroff, owner of building company Formd Aus pty ltd, turned the vision into reality. The building’s interior was completely renovated and the exterior facade underwent an extensive rejuvenation.

Blindmaster worked closely with Damian from DOM design to supply and install fixed frame shopfront awnings that met his design specifications. Belle Property Group’s corporate identity guidelines were adhered to through the use of Sunbrella forest green acrylic fabric and powder coated green framing.

Blindmaster’s awning installation completes the new Belle Property Glebe shopfront perfectly.
