The Markilux 6000 folding arm awning was roof mounted onto this lovely Seaforth home which is nestled on the hillside facing west over Middle Harbour.

Our customer’s sunshade requirement was to block the heat from the afternoon sun so that they could enjoy the beautiful and serene views whilst sitting on their balcony amongst the tree tops. The roof mount installation meant that a steep angle setting could be achieved in order to provide protection from the low lying sun. Due to the steep angle, the awning also offers rain protection.

The awning sits discretely above roof line and disappears completely out of the view when retracted. Our customer can now enjoy afternoons on their light filled shaded balcony.
