A new patio was the final stage of this home’s renovation. The patio is raised above ground level and is highly visible from the street.

Our customer needed protection from rain and sun whilst also achieving privacy from the street. Blindmaster provided the Corradi Iridium retractable roofing system and the Ermetika vertical drop screen as a perfect solution to meet these requirements.

The Corradi system is roof mounted and tilts to the west providing the weather protection and the Ermetika vertical drop screen gives the area privacy. The system has a retractable gutter to catch the rain water and channel it down the post legs to drainage at ground level.
